Marking

1. Recognizing the check for PERMANENT BENCHMARKS AND REFERENCE BASE LINES.
2. Are the MAIN GRID LINES being established in both directions according to the drawings?
3. Are the SUB-BASE LINES AND BENCHMARKS being established in both directions according to the drawings?
4. Are the BM, CL, and GRID LINE markings examined to ensure they meet specifications?
5. Are all of the SEPARATE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS in accordance with the structural drawings?
6. Is the SURVEY PILLAR'S PROTECTION up to par?
7. Verify whether the BLOCK LEVELS established are adequate.
8. Verify that the SURVEY WORK is being controlled vertically.
9. Are the EGL Map preparations complete?

Excavation

1. Are all obstacles removed from the area to be EXCAVATED?
2. Verify that the excavation's layout, alignment, and size as marked on the ground are in accordance with the plan.
3. Are there enough WORKING SPACES available everywhere?
4. Can PPC be laid on the FOUNDING STRATA?
5. Are there any soft pockets in the FOUNDING STRATA? Remove and replace with lean concrete or sand if not.
6. Verify the region that was excavated's DRESSING.
7. Verify whether the side slopes' STABILITY is appropriate.
8. Has the wet area been DEWATERED?
9. Verify that the excavated earth was disposed of in the designated place.
10. Have warning and barricading signs been put up for deep excavations?

Backfilling

1. Verify that only soil of the highest quality and approval is being utilised for backfilling.

Anti-termite treatment

1. Is the anti-termite treatment for the area's earthworks finished?

Before Concreting

1. Is the cleanliness of the area to be CONCRETED acceptable?
2. Are the FORMWORK and REINFORCEMENT in accordance with the structural design?
3. Are the other previous tasks, such as mending inserts, embedments, and service conduits, completed?
4. Is the assembly's stiffness and SUPPORT for forms acceptable?
5. Verify the accuracy of the provision of ACCESS PLATFORMS & WALKWAYS.
6. Verify the availability and functionality of CONCRETE AIDS.
7. Has the CONCRETING GROUP been informed of and made aware of the sequence?
8. Verify CONCRETE & FINISHING GROUP's preparedness.

During Concreting

1. Is the concrete being put being poured in the correct SLUMP?
2. Is it certain that concrete will flow continuously?
3. Verify whether the concrete's POURING HEIGHT is appropriate.
4. Is the CONCRETE FITTING TIGHTLY AGAINST ALL THE SURFACE, REINFORCEMENTS & EMBODIMENT?
5. Are the layers of CONCRETE BLEND being poured separately?
6. Verify that the workers are using plant and machinery properly.
7. Verify whether the cement is being used in the concrete with an INITIAL SETTING time.
8. Check to see if CONSTRUCTION JOINTS are available where required.
9. Is the exposed concrete surface for flat constructions such slabs and pavements levelled and finished?

After Concreting

1. Verify that the appropriate CURING ARRANGEMENTS are in place.
2. Is sufficient CURING being provided for the allotted time?
3. Verify that any embedments and inserts are EXPOSURE and flush with the concrete surface.
4. Check to see that service conduits and fittings, if relevant, have unambiguous MARKING of their locations.
5. Are CORRECTIVE MEASURES being implemented for concrete that has surface flaws exposed?
6. Verify that FORMS were properly removed and cleaned.

Brickwork Masonry

1. Verify that the appropriate CURING ARRANGEMENTS are in place.
2. Is sufficient CURING being provided for the allotted time?
3. Verify that any embedments and inserts are EXPOSURE and flush with the concrete surface.
4. Check to see that service conduits and fittings, if relevant, have unambiguous MARKING of their locations.

Size stone Masonry

1. Are SIZE STONES AVAILABLE in accordance with everyday needs?
2. Do the HEARTING, BOND, QUOIN, and FACE STONES have the necessary hammer dressing to achieve the desired shapes?
3. Is the masonry's ALIGNMENT & LOCATION as desired?
4. Is the WETTING of stones of various sizes guaranteed?
5. Is the stated MORTAR MIX PROPORTION used?
6. Is the staggered installation of VERTICAL JOINTS guaranteed?
7. Are the Mortar Joint Thicknesses as Shown in the Drawing?
8. Are the DIMENSIONS & LEVELS in accordance with the drawings?
9. Are the gaps between the masonry blocks effectively packed with stone chips?

Blockwork Masonry

1. Are there enough bricks available to meet daily needs?
2. Has the work area been CLEANED of any debris, loose concrete, mortar, etc.?
3. Are the concrete block masonry's alignment and placement as shown in the construction drawings?
4. Are the scaffolding's SUITABILITY and SAFETY acceptable?
5. Is the concrete block moisture appropriate before installation?
6. Verify the thickness of the joints and mortar mix proportion.

3. Verify that service conduits, junction boxes, etc. are provided as required.
4.Is there a reference copy of the APPROVED PATTERN OF LAYING?

6. Before work begins, confirm the availability of TILES and other construction assistance.

8. Has the MORTAR MIXING PROPORTION been completed as required?

8. Verify that there are enough plastic emulsion containers available.

4. Are there just one level's worth of FIXED BOXES?
5. Verify the correctness of the SPACING between the adjacent BOXES.
6. Do you have the necessary TOOLS for chipping?
7. Was the corner of the chipped area chipped at the RIGHT ANGLE?
8. Were the CONDUITS placed inside the box?
9. Has the CORRECT SIZE BOX been fixed?
10. Verify that any areas where chasing or chipping has been done have been properly cured.
